Compared to what?

That might be a kind response to me calling my website, “low maintenance.”

But seriously, don’t take it as a claim on my part. Take it as a theme. I value the traits of individuals who could be considered “low maintenance” and I strive for them myself.

Moreover, I value “low maintenance” when it comes to software design. As a web developer and designer, I value elegance, simplicity, mimalism (to a certain extent). Usually when things get overly complicated, the point is missed. I’m all about the point.

So, in keeping with the site’s theme, most entries will be about improving simplicity and enjoyment in life, in business and especially in web development. I may digress on occasion to gush about a technology, but don’t look for any gushing without good reasoning to back it up. Rationality and being low maintenance go hand in hand. Some might say they are the same thing.
